GGF Lampung, as a successful company, realizes the importance of internal programs to strengthen relationships with its internal public. Therefore, the existence of the Corporate Communication section becomes an information channel that involves tasks ranging from simple things such as summarizing daily news, assisting with event implementation, to creating online media and GGF social media.

In this training, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of internal communication, organizational identification, internal relationship management, and employee participation. Indra Ardiyanto said that every employee at every level of the organization must understand and demonstrate the company’s core values so that business communication strategies can run effectively. “Today we learned together about communication. Internal communication is important to achieve success for every organization.

“Communication helps ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal, reduces misunderstandings, increases collaboration and teamwork, and creates a positive work environment,” said Indra.

Santi emphasized that, so far, communication has often been considered only as a department that creates pamphlets, videos and manages employee activities. However, with the development of technology and changes in the way people communicate, Internal Communication has become increasingly important. Why communication is important in companies, what companies usually do with communication, and why internal communication is considered less important, especially when compared to external public relations. All of these questions are the focus of discussion in this training.

Santi emphasized that without effective communication, strategic plans for success in business can fail. Effectively communicating strategies to employees helps ensure that each individual is actively working to achieve key goals. He also highlighted the importance of leaders having good communication channels to disseminate information to all employees, including employees on the front line. By involving internal communications, PT GGP aims to improve employee image, reputation and loyalty, which in turn will have a positive impact on company performance
